By purchasing and attending the conference, participants hereby grant permission to PHNow.org to the rights of their image, likeness and voice as recorded on audio or video tape / data and/or captured in still photographic image without payment or any other consideration. Images captured during the conference may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and thus participants waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein their images appear. Additionally, they waive the right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of their image or recording.
